On November 6, 2024, the opening of the Human Resources Personal and Professional Development Circle took place, established within the Faculty of Public Administration and Management, under the aegis of HRM Metaverse Center, in partnership with the Youth Association AMES.
The first meeting aimed at advising young people on the correct and professional completion of the Curriculum Vitae. This meeting was attended by first, second- and third-year students from Human Resources and Public Administration specializations.
The topics discussed during the first meeting were:
✅What is the resume and what is its importance?
✅How do we complete, correctly and in line with employers’ expectations, the main sections of it (personal data, education, professional experience, skills, attachments)?
✅ What are the elements that differentiate CVs, in the recruitment process, from the employers’ perspective?
✅ Mistakes to avoid when completing CVs.
✅ Criteria for selecting CVs in the recruitment process.
✏️The themes also covered practical aspects to help students integrate into the labor market in line with their personal and professional goals.
